Did you know there are over 40% vegetarians in China and India, however in Canada there are only 4% vegetarians reported in 2003. The growth in diet has rapidly changed how we eat and our lifestyles have become more fast paced and eating out and ordering in has become popular demand. Its easy, comforting and economically friendly. However, we are missing out on the reason for being, what we eat is what we are, we need to conform to our body requirements not lifestyle changes. The body requires the best cooked meals, with protein, less saturated fats and healthy living is not only in our food its in our everyday exercising.
