Many believe calorie counting is a waste of time - listen to your body - give it what is requires. Yes to some extent, if we are craving more salt of sugar we shouldn't just go fill a glass of water and pour down salt or go get a big chocolate bar in order to listen to your body. We need to figure out OK - why am I feeling this way? What did I eat or not eat in order for my body to feel a withdrawal symptom.
Foods that we most fondly enjoy and can be received easily are usually not always the best choice. The most dangerous are trans fats (aka hydrogenated oils), which are found in deep-fried fast foods and certain processed foods made with margarine or partially-hydrogenated vegetable oils. Most of these oils are used in fast food chains and many restaurants these days, its important that we try to avoid these oils and try alternatives such as coconut cooking oil, almond cooking oil, and avocado oils.
Instead of the deep fried burgers try the grilled burgers or even better steamed burgers. It may not taste the best but somewhere in your body you will be thanked later as the food will be broken down easier and wont' cause other bowl issues in the aftermath of making wrong eating habits.

To sum it up: You can't eat out everyday and keep slim and think your doing your body any good.
Don’t eat your way through your exercise program! Yes, exercising helps to keep your body in shape, but if you’re eating unhealthy foods most of the time, the positive effects from your fitness methods are being counteracted by your bad eating habits.
TIP from KHALSA PIZZA: The key to a healthy lifestyle is eating whole, real foods and exercising on a regular basis (three to four times a week). But at the end of the day if you are keen in only eating deep fried foods, you better install a calorie counter to offset the fatty acids and try to maintain your exercising levels to extreme, which I think will get very difficult with all that food around your arteries.
